The peace is about pollution and global warming. How humans tend to romanticise or display suffering. Also, the bird used is a turtle dove, which stands for peace. So the bird is dead, representing the lack of peace between humans and nature; we are actively at war. The flowers each have a meaning in the language of flowers. But the act of them blooming from the body of the bird is a Japanese mythology called: Hanahaki disease. This, in the context of nature and the bird, means that nature has unrequited love for humanity.
